Dr. Kour

Gurmeet Kour, DMD – General Dentist

Dr. Kour is a General & Cosmetic Dentist and has been serving the North Shore community since 1997. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, her ties to the North Shore area brought her here. She is passionate about her work and believes in providing the best and latest care possible for her patients. She likes to stay on the cutting edge of dental advancements and spends a lot of her time engaging in continuing education courses.

Dr. Kour has successfully completed the Cosmetic program at Tufts University, which emphasized esthetic analysis, treatment planning, and implementation through hands on training. She has been trained in tackling the complexities of Occlusion through several seminars offered by Frank Spears. She is certified in the application of Invisalign® orthodontics and has been serving her patients with Invisalign braces for over 15 years. She received extensive training in Advanced Implant and Bone Grafting Surgeries. She traveled on a missionary trip to Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic to place Dental Implants free of charge for under privileged patients.

In 2014 Dr. Kour went on a charitable trip to the Dominican Republic to place Dental Implants for the under privileged community. Here at home she is involved with many volunteer organizations as well. Dr. Kour has written many informative and educational articles on various dental topics for the regional and community newspapers.

  • In her free time Dr. Kour likes to travel with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors and loves activities such as trekking and biking. A great fan of all sports, the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots are her favorite teams.

    Dr. Cho

    Gyusiki Cho, DDS – Periodontist

    Born in Seoul, Korea, Dr. Cho came to the US in 1996 to attend high school at Cranbrook Kingswood High school in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. After a year he moved to Washington, DC where he graduated from St. Albans School. Dr. Cho then attended Georgetown University where he majored in Finance and International Business. After working in the financial world for 2 years, he decided to switch gears and joined New York University College of Dentistry. After earning his DDS from NYU, Dr. Cho joined the Periodontology Program at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Here he graduated to be a Periodontist and in addition earned a Master’s degree in Oral Biology.

    Dr. Cho is proficient in all Periodontal and Dental Implant procedures. He stays up to date with the latest in the field of Periodontology by regularly attending various Continuing Education courses and implements the newest technologies in his practice.

    He currently lives in the South End, Boston with his two Miniature Pinschers, Nori and Dochi. Dr. Cho plays Squash and is an enthusiastic Snowboarder.
